I'm Moe Bell, founder of Fullscope Digital Solutions. By day I manage vendor performance and quality operations for a Fortune 500 telecom company — by night I build websites and AI-powered tools for small businesses that don't have an in-house tech team. I have a Bachelor's in Business Management from Howard University, and I bring the same standards I use auditing enterprise vendor performance to every site I build: clean, fast, and built to actually convert.
01 / Why it matters
Auditing enterprise vendors taught me what "done" means.
My day job is holding large vendors to a standard. I look at whether what was promised was actually delivered, whether it performs under real conditions, and whether the person paying for it got what they paid for.
That's an unusual background for someone building small business websites, and it changes the work. I know what a specification is for. I know the difference between something that looks finished and something that is finished.
Most small businesses get one of two bad options: a cheap template that looks like a thousand other sites, or an agency that quotes five figures and disappears behind an account manager.
